WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME?

As this service is individually tailored to your needs and also a remote service (with contact as required) it is important that we are both on the same page in terms of your programme.

You will be expected to provide updates by filling out a training log and video footage from every session so that your programme can be adapted properly every week to ensure you make the best progress possible.

REHABILITATION SUPPORT IF NEEDED

Should you ever need Rehabilitation/ Physiotherapy, this will be included for you at no extra cost and your rehabilitation needs can be merged into your programme. This can be In-Person or online
