SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY

At Fortis, we believe that Strength & Conditioning forms a large part of our patient’s full recovery from injury, accident or surgery. Therefore all Sports Physiotherapy assessments will be carried out and with a full sport specific / Strength and Conditioning based analysis. It takes place in a gym, amongst athletes and we help our clients get back to doing what they love.

We focus on treating your injuries at the source while reducing the chance of future injuries to you. We work closely with our athletes to help them understand what caused an injury and how to prevent reoccurrence.

​

Our treatments almost always involves movement, field work, and strength training.

​

We work with a range of athletes, juniors to masters, professional and amateur from a range of sporting disciplines including- Powerlifters, Weightlifters, Strongmen, Boxers, Kick Boxers, Maui Thai, Rugby, American Football, Runners, Swimmers, Footballers, Throwers, Dancers and even the odd Circus Performer.
