Expert Guidance: With a background as an experienced strength and conditioning coach, powerlifter and a MSK and Sports Physiotherapist Fortis can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise beyond that of a regular coach/ personal trainer. We have advanced knowlege in biomechanics, load management, exercise programming and clinical reasoning skills that allows me to assess and guide you towards your goals and manage any potential bumps in the road on the way.

Goal Achievement: Whatever your aim we can help, however we specilise in helping people to build muscle and strength, enhance athletic performance, improve overall health, and manage exercise with those with pain or injury. We help set realistic goals and develop a roadmap to achieve them and monitor your progress in an objective way, making necessary adjustments to keep you on track.

Motivation and Accountability: Staying motivated is key to long-term success. We act as your support network, providing the encouragement you need to push yourself. We hold you accountable, ensuring you stay consistent and dedicated to your goal while still giving you the freedom to choose how to get there.

As qualified Physiotherapists with a specialist interest in Sports Physiotherapy, we use our knowledge of Strength and Conditioning, combined with our in-depth and individualised assessment techniques to provide the best customised treatment and exercise plans. Essentially, you learn the correct way to perform specific movements to help with preventing injuries and increasing your endurance, balance and muscle strength.

 

This can be about improving quality of life, maximising performance, or improving confidence, resilience and self-reliance. Our Personal training service helps guide you towards your specific and individual goals.
